Frustrating experience - small business and equally small minded. Turns their customers away for being 1 minute late (see time). Yes, apparently the 1 minute makes a huge difference!!! The studio was difficult to find too, as there’s no grab drop off point in front. Been to multiple Pilates studios in Singapore, this is a disappointing first! Business definitely has a right to their policy, but hmm oh well 🤭 good luck to them.

Had the chance to visit this Pilates quietly tucked in the corner of the Chinatown district. Was pleasantly surprised with the intensity level of Beginner Class, as I can definitely feel the burn of my legs and core after 1 session. The interior was a cosy and discrete affair, with amenities that we could casually use of a workout.

Convenient location with accessible train stations (walking distance from Chinatown and Maxwell mrt) and bus stops surrounding it. Very easy to book classes through the app/ website. Took lessons with a few different instructors and they all have different pilates styles. Very friendly instructors toward first timers and each lessons burns your muscles, crazy 🔥 Amenities and facilities were all complete. Highly recommended if you would like to try pilates for the first time.

Attended the Reformer Beginner class by Gwendoline for the first time and almost felt like it wasn’t for beginners - i think its just me being unfit. All my muscles were fired up from this 50 minute class - especially core exercises. Instructions were clear enough to follow and Gwen will correct u as she makes rounds around the class. The pilates gym was cosy, clean toilets, free lockers and water dispensers. I loved the little details like how feminine products were available in the toilet for emergencies. I loved the interior! Remember to bring your grippy socks cuz their grip socks are at $20 per pair

Super convenient location, cozy vibes and best of all, the friendliest instructors and staff. I always look forward to my classes here because they’re fun and instructors are so personable - the intermediate classes are varied in movements and challenging enough for people who want to step up from beginner pilates. Highly recommend!
