View on GoogleIf you are looking for a fitness gym for functional training, Olympic lifting or powerlifting, you found the right place: very competent staff and a great atmosphere. People here support each other in achieving their goals. Shower facilities could be better, but the great gym more than makes up for it. Being a chiropractor and spending over 30 years in gyms worldwide, I've seen a thing or two.

They are always looking out for you to make sure you progress from where you left off. ❤️ Classes - good varieties of strength, cardio and skills classes available, with small ratio of instructor to members. ❤️ Classes - easy to book, also reasonable duration of time to cancel the booked class if you have something else coming up after you booked your class. ❤️ Location - Accessible via many buses and 2 MRT lines. Everyone is so friendly and warm, from the coaches and members which makes every workout session enjoyable. Coaches - Love all my coaches! They are all very supportive and motivational. They know their craft very well so you get the best workout experience every time. (just noticed how I repeatedly mentioned Love - well obviously I love this gym!) Coming from someone who's not into fitness, I would say this is the perfect place to start your fitness journey. The people at the Den don't just lift heavy weights, they also lift your spirit and help you unleash your potential.
View on GoogleJust started my fitness/health journey. Currently attending the classes, which are great esp for people who are like me who need external motivation. The trainers will push you and make sure you're using the right muscles and doing things right rather than going through the motions - quality over quantity. Unlike YouTube fitness programme where it's all about doing as many as you can in the shortest amount of time so much so you die even before you're half way thru warm up, the classes are comfortably paced even for beginners. It's a slower burn that lasts. The trainers are really amazing at catering to people of different level, and they really do look out for you and will tell you to take a break when they see that you're at your limit and suggest variations to help you - great for accident/injury prone people. Plus they really do inspired confidence like you will trust them with your life and push yourself, not your xmm/xdd type that you find at other studios. The people are generally friendly, if you are new to working out would definitely suggest starting off with the classes having a trainer and classmate makes everything alot less intimidating and scary.
