How does the Spotlight listing work?
Spotlight gyms appear at the top of search results and are featured on the homepage. Your listing gets a prominent badge and is included in relevant blog articles, giving you maximum visibility to potential members.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your enhanced features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What is a lead capture form?
Premium and Spotlight plans include a contact form on your gym's profile page. Visitors can submit their details (name, email, phone) to enquire about memberships or trials. These leads are sent directly to you.
How do I claim my gym listing?
Visit the claim page to verify ownership of your gym. Once verified, you can upgrade to a paid plan to unlock enhanced features. All gyms start on the Free tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
We currently offer monthly billing only. Annual plans with a discount are coming soon. Contact us at hello@gyms.sg for more information.
