Worst experience ever. I came in with 2min left to sign in after work, and the lady said, go change first, so I go, and when I come out, and it’s 730 on the dot, the door is closed. And I said, you asked me to change, it’s 730, why is the door clothes? Couldn’t you call out to me? And she just happily says, with no sympathy, “Oh you can only spin in right attire.” No effort, also technically I could have gone in, just absolutely poor service. People, if you can go to another studio…just do it.
View on GoogleTHIS IS THE WORST CLASS I ATTENDED IN MY LIFE. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I want to share my experience at ride@ Bugis Junction so that others are aware before booking through ClassPass. I arrived five minutes early, yet was subjected to excessive verification. Even after showing my valid ClassPass booking and account details, I was told my name had to match Singpass exactly. It’s funny how you’re not allowed to use your Nick Name 🙄This was never communicated beforehand, and it felt obstructive and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, I was first at the counter but was told to wait while the staff registered other people instead. I was pushed aside and ignored, while he took shoe sizes and details from other students. This delay directly led to me being stopped from entering the class at 4:45 PM SHARP! I was told I had missed the cut‑off, even though no such rule was ever mentioned during registration or anywhere in class pass!!. After traveling all the way to try this class, I was denied entry without fair explanation. The whole experience felt biased against ClassPass users, as if they were not genuinely welcome. For ClassPass members, you are simply not prioritised here — the treatment you receive is not the same as regular members, and you are made to feel unwelcome. On top of that, the facility itself was disappointing — cramped, wet, and smelly toilets that reflected poor standards overall. This was the worst gym experience I’ve had. It wasted my time and left me feeling scammed. If you are considering ride@ Bugis Junction through ClassPass, be warned: the management is unprofessional, the rules are unclear, and the environment is unpleasant. I would strongly advise others not to waste their time here.
View on GoogleAttended a morning class here with my sister on classpass. We arrived 20 minutes early but front desk staff didn’t allow us to check the seating and didn’t bother to show us the facility. We had to ask where the changing room was. Bikes are very old and dirty. Playlist is highly suited for locals, lots of Chinese songs, lotssss of sprinting (most people in the class couldn’t even catch up). Do not recommend for international riders. The vibe here is just not for us.
View on GoogleI generally enjoy classes at Revolution, some instructors are able to pitch better for mixed abilities with better pacing and great playlists. However, there are a few who seem to be focused on their own abilities and are oblivious that no one is following. I tried using the shower facilities yesterday and it couldn’t accommodate the number of patrons. The water pressure was like showering at camp, both bottles were shampoo even though one was labelled as conditioner, and one of the two hairdryers was spoilt. It was hard to navigate around people who had finished showering, waiting to shower as well as riders for the next class coming in.
View on GoogleUpdated 21 May 2024 Was here for sally class few days back. It was actually my first time encountering a case of late instructor and it was interesting looking at how it was managed. Instructor was late for around 9minutes, FD was as bright as ever! Good effort in getting a stand in for safety briefing and warm up but it was quite messy changing from one instructor to another in the middle of the class. Kind of felt like we started and paused abruptly then start again. In terms of class structure, sally was good as usual but class was shorter by around 10min so i didnt experience the full sally's murdering experience, it’s too short and will not recommend this kind of transition in class.
