One of the best studio pilates I’ve ever went to. Spacious, lots of locker with keys, big washing room, changing room. They have 3 studios, and private class. Still new and properly maintained. Instructors are aso experienced and mastered pilates reformer.

Loved the Tower Group Pilates session! The instructor was clear and encouraging, and the flow was great for both strength and stretch. Really enjoyed using the tower — it added a whole new dimension to the workout. Left feeling stronger, longer, and refreshed. Will definitely be back! 💪🧘♀️✨
