Came to try their spin class , quite enjoyed it here at R10T. Overall the facilities are fairly good , shower facilities and lockers were good Spin room has good effects, the bikes are the usual Stages SC bikes, and the bikes resistance are quite “loose” and easy to cycle on compared to other place...
