been gymming here for a few years and i have to say that the facilities are nice and the foh team are very friendly! shoutout to malvin, veron, thiviya, amir, adnan and eliza. please give them a pay raise! always a delight to come here!! love how they remember my attire size and always greet me with a warm smile! the pt team as well! they are always willing to help correct your form and give some advice how to improve! i remember mid workout, sam saw that my form was wrong and he corrected me and showed me other ways to do the exercise i was doing! might sign PT with him ! seen him work with clients and they have tremendous improvement! highly recommend a guy like him to train you if you want to see good changes in your body!

He supported me in my preparation for both HYROX and SCFM by identifying and releasing tight and achy areas that built up from intense training. These sessions made a real difference — my legs felt lighter and fresher, which helped me perform better on race days. Beyond recovery, Ping Hoe also worked with me on balance and strengthening exercises, helping me understand how to move more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury. In the last three sessions, he focused specifically on addressing my knee and hip mobility issues, which significantly improved my movement and comfort during training. After the races, he took time to explain which areas I should continue focusing on and guided me towards better body awareness, so I can train and recover more intelligently for future races. His approach is professional, patient, and genuinely tailored to individual needs. Highly recommend him to anyone training for races or looking to improve overall movement, mobility, and performance.
