Very spacious and clean, lots of machines! Love that they have an Assistant Nordic Ham machine here, must try if you want more leg gains!

I really enjoy coming to this gym. It has such a positive atmosphere. The facilities are new and clean, and the equipment is top-notch. Toilets have bidets which are amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to train.

Super excited and happy with the new gym here at The Cathay! We love the variety of machines, weights and that is open 24/7. Shafiq is friendly, proactive, always around to support and guide you. The registration process is easy and fast, no hidden costs and everything is explained!

Great experience at 24/7 Fitness – Highly recommend! I've been training at 24/7 Fitness and it's been a fantastic experience. The gym is always clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need—whether you're into strength training, cardio, or just starting out. A special shout-out to Shafiq, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly. He’s always ready to assist, gives great advice, and creates a really positive environment. His professionalism and welcoming attitude truly make a difference and enhance the gym experience. With 24-hour access and a great team, it’s the perfect gym for anyone with a busy schedule. Insanely good experience at 24/7 Fitness The Cathay, machines there were in excellent and in tip top conditions seeing that the gym hasn’t even officially opened yet. Opening day will be on 12 April and really looking forward to signing with 24/7 Fitness after my Anytime Fitness one. Went there during the open house and there were few people but after a while, the crowd started to swarm in. Would recommend 👍.
