Even though everything's scientifically measured, Rick made it super smooth for me. He's such a genuine person who helped me achieve my sustainable goals in 24 sessions. He was just strict enough, and I really appreciate the daily follow-ups and reminders. I'd say my coach adapted to my lifestyle, which made my routine sustainable. He's super patient, making sure my resistance training is effective and pairs well with my fat-burning exercises (walking and running). Loving the outcome and I'd totally recommend him as a fitness coach.

One of the most crucial parts of Personal Training is, well, clearly the Personal Trainer, and my trainer Alain was nothing short of phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of proper training- this includes not just simply how to perform the exercises, but even more crucially all the other aspects such as diet, sleep, recovery and mindset. Alain was consistently warm, encouraging and proactive both in and out of the gym, and was always able to push me to go beyond what I thought was possible for myself. No matter what kind of questions I asked him throughout my journey (be it tips on specific exercises, or even down to which type of yoghurt was best), his answers were always insightful and nuanced, and it’s no exaggeration to say that some of his lessons to me have literally changed my life for the better, beyond just the gym. By the end, I had not only far surpassed my initial expectations for myself in terms of weight loss, but also saw great improvements in my strength, fitness and overall health. Training at U.P. has been one of the most rewarding journeys I’ve undertaken in my life, and I would unreservedly recommend anyone who’s seeking a change in your life to experience it for yourself.
