UBX Katong

I recently joined UBX Katong’s 28-day training program, and I’m only two sessions in—but I’m already impressed! The gym has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the training with Coach K and Shah has been outstanding. They’re supportive, motivating, and make every workout both engaging and enjoyable. I’m genuinely excited to continue the program and see the progress ahead! 💪💪

I’ve been training at UBX Katong for 3 months now, and honestly… I’m really proud of my progress. 💪✨ My core strength has improved so much, and even my immunity feels stronger — I fall sick less and feel more energised overall. Every session ends with me feeling happy, lighter, and accomplished, especially after a good sweat! As a caregiver, I knew I needed to build strength to take care of others and myself. UBX has really helped me do that. The coaches here are super dedicated and patient — from teaching me how to use the equipment safely to guiding me through boxing techniques. I’ve also learned so much about workouts and diet that support my goals. Special thanks to Coach Shah and Keyaan for always guiding, motivating, and pushing me to get stronger each week. 🧡🥊 Still a journey, but I’m loving how far I’ve come!

Great place to have a good workout. There r coaching hrs available.. so if u r able do pop in during these hrs else non coaching hrs can still come in n have a good workout! Just make sure your first few visits r within coaching hrs so u can be familiar with the workouts... esp the correct boxing techniques.

Love how you can lift and do cardio! It’s also great that the training is based on your own pace while the trainers still push you to make the most out of every session. Definitely enjoying it!

I have always enjoyed UBX workouts since it was first introduced in Singapore. Great equipment and good variety of exercises (changes everyday). The coaches in Katong are experienced and give good advice on proper form for strength training and regression for simpler movements. Each session will also have individual pad works to sharpen on boxing technique. Highly recommend UBX if you want flexibility in timing (there are no fixed classes); and even extended access outside of normal gym hours!
