Have tried the ice bath & sauna combined sessions a few times, coach-guided as well as self-guided, leaving refreshed & energized every time. A plus is the relaxing set-up and the nice new shower facilities. Found this to be a great activity to do with a friend, taking turns switching between ice bath and sauna. Renuka always ensures that everyone feels welcome and has the needed guidance & support.

Tried the contrast therapy here and experience is definitely a unique one. Place is clean and comfortable . First time dipping the ice bath cldnt last long but after few dips slowly the body will adjust to it. Felt very relaxed and i could sleep well afterwards. Sauna is very clean too, definitely recommend for muscle relaxation !

Brilliant studio - cosy, intimate and the founders patient and very keen to ensure each student learns and gets the most out of strength/yoga/ contrast therapy experience. This is so meaningful compared to larger places where someone can get a bit lost. Facilities are super clean and comfortable as well! Highly recommended !!!
