I've been training with Mark for a year, and the impact on my fitness and my tennis game has significantly improved. ​ Mark is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate athletic performance specialist. He focuses on specific movements required for the sport, ensuring safety while constantly pushing me to achieve more. Every session is planned and focused. I always walk out feeling physically tired but accomplished. Working with him has been one of the best decisions I've made. Came to Trilogic Fitness to train for Hyrox and it’s been perfect! 💪 The gym has all the Hyrox equipment I need, and the trainers are super helpful with technique and workouts. It’s really central too 🚆, so getting here after work is easy. The vibe is friendly and motivating, and I feel like I’m actually making progress every session. Definitely one of the best gyms in Singapore for serious training! 🏋‍♀

My first time here today and was awed by the size and spaciousness of the gym. It has the best of both worlds; strength and cardio areas. Also hyrox stations if that’s your thing! Also there’s an area for physiotherapy and workout classes. It’s quite about everything you can ask for in a gym, and work out without feeling self-conscious. From the front desk to the boss himself showing us around, we felt so welcomed. There was a vending machine which intrigued me with plenty of other merchandise you can purchase on your own. I believe it’s a place worth travelling for and they have PTs who can provide you attentive support for your fitness goals. Eugene explained the workouts and pointed out things I needed to work on to correct certain postures. He’s a great PT but if he’s not available I’m sure there are other great PTs for you to pick from. Thank you Eugene for bringing us around and your hospitality too!

Trilogic Fitness is an awesome place to work out! The trainers are super friendly and really know their stuff. I love that they offer flexible gym membership in Singapore — you can choose from day passes, 1-week passes, or 1-month memberships, which is perfect if you have a busy schedule or travel often. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new gym and personal trainer because I was frustrated with my previous experience: an unreliable trainer, being locked into a long-term membership, constant upselling, and the impersonal nature of a commercial gym. Trilogic turned out to be the complete opposite: 1. A reliable, knowledgeable trainer who genuinely cares about your progress. 2. A clean, well-organized, and safe workout space, with the manager/owner ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard. 3. Flexible packages with no pressure to buy or commit unnecessarily—something I truly appreciate. From the start, my experience with Trilogic was exceptional. Eugene, who I first dealt with, was incredibly friendly and left a great first impression. I began personal training with Justin, intending to do it for a few months, but it’s been a year and a half, and I’m still here because the experience has been so positive. Last year, I underwent meniscus surgery, which made returning to the gym daunting. However, Justin’s attentiveness and understanding of recovery exercises made all the difference. He guided me through the process with care and expertise, and I always felt confident that I was in safe hands. I can’t recommend this gym enough—every gym should strive to be like this one!
