hello! ive been to tirisula for 3 months now and am a beginner with mat or reformer work, so leaving an honest review here: if you want to mindfully build up your strength and flow with yoga, tirisula kovan 1 is a good place to start. I found a sweet spot with Zen at her beginner Yoga classes, where she gives detailed breathing cues and pose instructions throughout. I also really appreciated that she went around correcting our poses, which allowed us to feel the real extent of the eg downward dog, chaturanga and more. she is also very encouraging and will always want to help you try to do better, which I greatly appreciated. after i felt stronger, i decided to try ashtanga yoga with Summer. although her class is a bit difficult, i really enjoy the ashtanga flow at the first half of the class and it does work up a bit more sweat than normal beginner Yoga. it puts me out of my comfort zone, but Summer also encourages us to improve poses we are weak at and she does not hesitate to help correct our form too. the yoga classes are really fun and I recommend these 2 instructors specifically. ive been for pilates reformer here too, it does feel quite fast paced and not so much focused on your form? but i will need to go for more class to have better judgement on how the classes are. happy to leave this review for tirisula! ❤️
View on GoogleI love this studio as the instructors/teachers are very helpful, easy to understand their sessions but will definitely burn your muscle :). They are very good. I appreciate the quick warm up before and cool down after the session to condition our body.
View on GoogleSuper love the small class size (only 6 reformers) and detailed instructions by the pilates instructors. I'm a fan of Master Ram. I love that his classes are never the same and he tries to cater to every student. Every class is challenging yet I can still manage (in my opinion.. I'm of intermediate level). Down side is that he seldom teaches, to my immense sorrow 🥲 please teach more classes!! Gwen classes are fun, and very approachable for all levels. I hate core but her core classes are actually enjoyable 😉 actually I think hers is the only core class i dare to go 😆 Natasha lessons can be quite difficult for beginners. But I like that she corrects poses and really tries to ensure you get maximum value from the class. I can feel her enthusiasm towards teaching pilates and her detailed instructions do benefit the students.

Sarah is such an amazing instructor — she has a super high-energy vibe that makes every session fun and motivating ❤️ What I appreciate most is her attention to detail; she really takes the time to correct posture and guide you through proper form, so you feel confident and safe while training. After each class I walk out feeling stronger, more aligned, and genuinely uplifted. Highly recommend! 💪✨
