Overall good experience with latest machines, though I didn't like the smell of these. The space is quite limited, so better book a solo session or the entire pod. Price affordable, go-to place on rainy season.
Poor customer service - lost mobile data and couldn’t access pod, customer service rep could not help in timely manner and refused to give refund after I missed my session. Disappointing.
