Love the community here! Andy and Vincent take care of the gym very well, and all the gym goers wellbeing. Machines are well maintained and cleanliness of gym is amazing. Definitely the best gym ever and will never go anywhere else.

Great duo managing the outlet, Andy and Vincent! The initial welcome was sincere, warm and informative. The gents make every first interaction count, in view of building a long-term connection between the gym and the users. This is observed with all users too. A great personal touch to the services they offer beyond, rather than as a gym just for fitness and health. As a consumer, I always look for reachability and the outlet has never failed to deliver that. Always prompt and responsive via WhatsApp and email exchanges. Their efficiency in meeting the needs and requests of users shows their genuine effort in creating a positive environment. This includes careful selection of gym equipments, after studying and understanding the latest useful trend. Personally, I got into a freak accident. Having informed the outlet, they assisted with the freezing of my membership immediately to avoid any concerning matters on payment. The gym facilities (equipments, restrooms) are well-maintained by the professionals and also the healthy group of users the gym has attracted. As a user of other existing gym brand in both global and local context, everything this outlet offers is by far the best. Please come here for a walk-in experience! PS: The gym has monthly initiatives to show their appreciation to members, something you hardly see in most brand or outlets.

Love the gym! Clean and well-maintained facility, and seems like they take feedback seriously as I often see minor changes done to improve gym goers' experience. Always had gymxiety, so I go in late at night to avoid crowds. But best decision I made this year was joining 24/7 Fitness. The managers are friendly and PT is great. Good vibes all around :) 10/10 recommend.
