very good gym with great variety of machines. some minor improvements can be made such as getting a chest supported row machine and having more plates in the lobby area. but none of these are big enough issues to warrant deducting a star. 100% will continue coming here

This is an excellent 24 hr gym and it is never crowded even during peak hours. You can find almost every exercise equipment available in a gym. If you make the effort to workout 🏋️‍♀️ regularly, you are sure to get bigger and stronger 💪

Solid gym for serious fitness enthusiasts. You can buy 1-month membership at a time for competitive prices and access with keycard 24/7. High focus on strength machines but a few decent cardio machines and excellent functional strength room. Limited facilities for changing and shower FYI.

Simple and solid gym, with well maintained equipment and a friendly owner. Two floors to train in, with a separate room available for functional training. Have been a regular goer for approximately three years, and plan to continue. Price is reasonable, especially if you purchase the annual package.
