I have been training with Coach Cindy for more than 3 years now. One of the best PTs I have trained with. Highly experienced and passionate about what she does. Her approach is not one-routine-fits-all. She always customised our program to suit my needs Even and especially when I sustained any injuries from other sports/wear and tear. She would adjust our workouts so that I can still continue to train without aggravating my injuries. I definitely see the results from my sessions with her. I walk out of her doors every week feeling challenged, sometimes sore but also incredibly connected and that kept me motivated to keep on going. Cindy is also a trained nutritionist so she can also provide information on nutrition that will be helpful in your journey. Ultimately, I feel that you want to feel good not only the outside but on the inside. Cindy, builds self love and self belief and have never just focused on aesthetics. I think this is so important to me that I have training to feel better about my body and myself and not to put myself in a worse aesthetic-chasing or self-punishing state. Cindy instead focuses on hormonal health, self-acceptance, muscle and bone strength for longevity. Life is broader and better with Cindy as your coach! :)
