For a fitness newbie, trainers on site were very helpful. They were very friendly and attentive. Reasonable rates is definitely another plus point on top of the new well-maintained equipments.

Conveniently located near the MRT this gym is well-equipped. The staff and trainers are ever so helpful and friendly. Makes the workout experience awesome. Highly recommended.

Tesseract Fitness gym has a great ambience and vibe. They have a full range of services from one to one Personal Training to group Boot camp session and even Sports Massage! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Not to mention they have a 3D Smith Machine! Definitely not a common sight in the commercial gyms in Singapore. Special shoutout to PT Nurhasilah for conducting awesome Bootcamp sessions every sunday. Each session is different - you will keep looking forward to it😉 Despite it being a group Bootcamp session, each exercise is adjusted to suit according to our individual capability!👍🏼 Important point - it is female friendly for all my sisters out there.
