I like that everyone just minds their own workout without the usual noise or crowding you get elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. It’s a great neighbourhood gym that gets the simple things right.

This gym is amazing! It's always clean and tidy. Smells good. The air is cold. Staff are also friendly. Rates are also very competitive. Wished the gym was bigger so we can have more people working out at the same time!
