Loved this Gym.. they have amazing coaches who would make you very comfortable and help you push to your limit.. Classes are very well structured.. Equipments are all new and of very good standard.. Cold water plunge is an icing on the cake..

Great gym space to get your hyrox simulation and recovery cold plunge done. Well planned out running route and stations. Coaches are friendly and passionate about educating their members. 💯

Love the gym and the ice baths!! Will definitely come again!! The trainers are all very helpful, correcting my form to make sure I get the most out of the workout. Oh and did I mention the ice baths?
