Had my first strength training session with Chee yesterday, and it was such a good experience. I learned so much from him. From breathing and form to new techniques that really helped me perform better. It made me understand my body more and feel the muscles I want to train more effectively.

Professional diagnosis to locate root of the pain. Been having sharp pain at the heel. Doctor told me it was plantar fasciitis. At Onto, it was discovered to be due muscle imbalance. Detailed instruction on what to do was shared with me. Happy and satisfied with the service. Bravo!

From my first session with Chee, he took the time to understand the root of my discomfort, identifying the underlying issues. I truly appreciate his holistic approach. He doesn't just “fix” the pain in the moment. He takes time to explain what is going on, and go through tailored rehab exercises with clear guidance so that I continue healing and strengthening on my own.

I am a slipped disc patient who has very weak muscle after my disc removal surgery. I am very lucky to meet Chee to help me in guiding me to build my core muscle in the right and safe way without hurting my back. I manage to use the right muscle to alleviate the pressure on my back bone for my daily activities now. And I started to be active and do some training guided by Chee in his gym. Via the training, I learned to exercise in the safe ways and tone up my body too. When my muscle gets tense due to wrong posture or stress, Chee able to help to find the affected muscle and help to release the pressure by point massage. Chee is very knowledgeable and professional. Recommended by a friend to check on my left ankle which has been hurting intermittently especially after runs. Didn't get any promising answers from TCMs' besides tense muscles. Trainer Tan managed to find the cause of it through some assessments and massages. He has also provided me with some trainings to strengthen my legs. Hopefully I can recover and see promising results after this.
