Signed up for 20 PT sessions here and I can say that it really helped me in my weight loss journey. I lost about 7kg in 4 months and have grown alot stronger. Will recommend anyone who wants to lose weight or become stronger to come here! And to add on, they have an extensive number of equipments!

The gym was really cramped and tightly packed. The price of the membership is very expensive while also being restricted to just one outlet. The number of machines was also quite limited. There are better options out there that offer a reasonable price and a larger variety of equipment.
