If you're looking for a motivating environment to push your limits, F45 is the place to be! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and supported by the coaches. The workouts are energizing and varied, keeping things fresh and challenging every session. The coaches are exceptionally knowledgeable and patient too. Coach Dhyaanesh took note of my injury before the session began and modified workouts to make sure I don't further injure myself. I've experienced fantastic improvements in my strength and endurance and I always look forward to my workouts. Thank you, F45 for making fitness fun!

View on GoogleThankful for the season at F45 Jurong West. My spouse and I are very grateful for the patience coaching by Founder/Coach Dhyaanesh, Coach Aziz, Coach Jay etc during our time there. Both of us didn’t have fitness background and starting the fitness journey were intimidating for us but the team of dedicated and experienced Coaches and F45’s thoughtful workout design for strength and cardio made it easy for us to follow through. It’s really fun and motivating that the classes change every 4 weeks. You never have to worry of getting bored. We were usually at the morning 7.15am and the evening 7.15pm or 8.15pm classes. We enjoyed the quietness of morning and the busyness of evening classes. The clean shower room was important for me when I attended the morning classes before work and the best part is it’s usually unoccupied. While we decided to pause our fitness journey with F45 fitness this season due to my spouse’s work schedule, we would love to be back in near future. Highly recommended for you if you’re on the verge of making a decision. You can try them for 2 weeks trial first. Pro-tips : 1) Don’t stop after 1 session, push through the sessions and your aches and sores would feel less intensive. For us, we kind of recovered after 3 consecutive days of classes when our muscles adapted. 2) Do what your Coaches told you. We were often in Coach Dhyaanesh and Coach Jay’s classes, they were really helpful to correct us or show us modified workout when they saw us struggling. 3) Ask the Coaches if you’re sure. During one of the busy classes, I remember feeling unsure how I should hold the weight and I was glad I asked Coach Aziz. It was important for me I picked up the right habits. 4) Go slow and focus on form when you’re new. We are glad we learnt our foundation from them. Thank you, Coach Dhyaanesh and F45 Jurong West! Oh yah, there’s a Sheng Siong supermarket and a coffeeshop nearby. Very convenient!

They will adjust the trainings according to your fitness level. I managed lose fats and build muscles within the 8 weeks F45 challenge! Really appreciate that they have 2 weeks trial package for beginners before a long commitment😆
