I recently had a great experience at Dennis Gym, and I want to share my thoughts! The staff members, Chin and KO were professional and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The customer service was good, and they made the process of signing up for the one-year membership package smooth and straightforward. I’m really looking forward to my fitness journey here! signed up for a 12mth package because the price and location is very attractive. however it is such a shame that the gym is rather poorly maintained. I have gone to the gym at various timings and I have never, not even once, seen the toilets being cleaned. as such, the toilets stink to the high heavens. be prepared to hold your breath when using the leg extension machine which is located right the male toilet. the male toilet is also poorly maintained. 3 out of the 4 available urinals are "under repair" and have been for as long as I have been a member. they also like to cut costs by not providing any toilet paper and passing off watered down dish washing liquid as hand soap. some of the machines are poorly maintained (like the leg extension machine) the leg pad is so worn out that it hurts when you do a rep. other than that, a good number of the machines are relatively new. I guess you get what you pay for. but knowing what I know now, I would have rather forked out a bit more and gone to anytime fitness
