Foundation member since 2023 Feb. Been coming here almost daily. Chill place with very supportive coaches. Shout out to Dalston, the best coach ever. Also special mention to Kimmy Erul and Cheryl for their guidance.

Joined BFT in July 2025. Fitness has improved! Great coaches, especially Coach Chris as he saw I had challenges from years of no exercise, always patient in correcting my form to ensure I get maximum benefit with minimum stress to the body!!

Seems that the place lacks privacy. Whole gym can be seen from outside. Very small area. Classes seems to be conducted with booking sessions only. Place looks clean and is always well packed at the end of the day.

Coaches are friendly! They will do some explanation before the workout start. The space not so spacious but also the class capacity is small. I have improve alot after I joined few months! No shower room inside but is walkable distance from my house. I going to BFT almost everyday as it consists of...
