very convenient and very near from MRT station! great coach, great cardio and strength from BFT! eventho the space quite small compare to other BFT but coaches managed to plan the exercise well and tidy so its not a problem at all! overall such a good experience as always!

5 stars for the coaches who are motivated to help you workout safely and will also push you out of your comfort zone. Showers and towels are provided but might need to queue as there are only 3 shower cubicles.
