Studio is very comfortable with aircon, coaches are very helpful n friendly. Personal coach is always prompt in replying in any doubts related to healthy food, how to stay fit n shares lots of nutritional tips.

Is my pleasure to have the opportunity to exercise with everyone in this studio. The coaches there are very friendly and patient in explaining and teaching.

The coaches are friendly and always create welcoming environment. Their encouragement and support make every workout feel achievable and motivating!

Whenever i walk into a the studio, i sense the positive power and energetic people around me. Something new my brain releases dopamine! It's definitely a perfect place for fitness classes!
