Just a shout-out to Su-Ann for being such a patient and professional trainer! She’s always cheerful, encouraging, and makes every session enjoyable. As someone completely new to the gym, really appreciate how she guided me step by step and and helped me along. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and motivating personal trainer! 💪😊

Extremely Disappointed with the Staff and Management at Anytime Fitness Tampines Mart I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a gym until I signed up here. From the very beginning, the Malay male staff who handled my registration was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting. It already felt like I was being judged just for being there. When I tried to request a respectful termination of my membership, I was met with even worse treatment over the phone. Rara, another Malay staff member, was condescending, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. The way she spoke was offensive, and the attitude she displayed made it very clear that the gym has zero regard for customer service—especially if you’re not who they want to treat well. What’s even more disappointing is how obvious it is that this gym treats people based on how they look. If you’re conventionally attractive, you’re treated with smiles and attention. If not, you’re talked down to like you don’t matter. Even Virgin Active, a far more premium gym, didn’t treat me like this when I chose not to renew my membership. They handled it with professionalism, respect, and class—something this outlet clearly lacks. Avoid this place. The management needs serious retraining, and the staff culture—especially those mentioned—needs to be re-evaluated. This gym is giving the Anytime Fitness brand a bad reputation.

Been ages since i’ve been to this outlet . Newly renovated . Still the most fully equipped outlet i’ve been . They provide individual sanitiser n towels at the machines . There’s also deodorant and charging ports. Other outlets really need to learn from this outlet. Too bad I don’t stay nearby.

Friendly Stuffs, nice layout of the gym. Feels old school with the fans but no problem. Great and well maintained machines and equipments. Mask and wipe down station found almost every where in the gym. Great place to find peace ✌️
