Since working out with Gary, I have seen a noticeable increase in my strength & flexibility. I have shed over 5 kg thanks to his commitment, encouragements & trainings. I value how he customised the workouts to meet my goals, particularly the emphasis on strength training which has helped me improves my endurance. I tried 24/7 because I want to have a personal trainer to target by build and weight goals. I was initially given a trainer but it did not work, and then they assigned Gary to me. He was very attentive and listened to the goals I want to have. On my journey, he provided very defined program. I told him I want to focus on upper body, and he did provide a program at the same ensuring all parts of my body are also given the right amount of weight training. He also monitored my food consumption (mandatory sending pictures) and provide feedback on how I eat and what to eat. He provided alternatives for other equipment/machines in case it is being used by other people or I travel which I need to participate. There is weekly update of my status at the same time reminders on what to complete on. It boosted my confidence as I continue to grow physically and mentally. Apart from complete and clean gym and equipment, I highly recommend to have a personal trainer like Gary to ensure your goals and direction towards physical strength and best health are achieved.

The gym has a great atmosphere with friendly, welcoming staff (Shau Hwei, Issac) who always make you feel at home. The environment is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for staying motivated. My fitness journey has also a huge transformation here when I started my training with coach Gary. He strikes a good balance between being friendly, humorous, and holding high standards. Each session is enjoyable yet challenging, and his ability to push me while keeping the atmosphere light and encouraging is what makes him a good trainer. His knowledge, consistency, and genuine care for my improvement have made a real difference in my fitness journey. Highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a commited fitness coach!
