I have a lower back degenerative disc, and Theo has been amazing at tailoring workouts to strengthen my core while carefully supporting my lower back. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded—perfect for focused sessions. Theo brings a wealth of experience, is always very encouraging and motivates you when you feel like giving up. What I’ve appreciated most is his attention to form and injury prevention. I came in with a history of lower back injury, and Theo tailored my program to gradually build strength and confidence without pushing recklessly. View on GoogleLevel Up gym was one of the many gyms I considered when I was sourcing a personal trainer some time back. After reading reviews online, I went for a trial and started my training with Lloyd almost immediately. To me the trainer plays an important part as it is progression that I am aiming for. I must look forward to every training sessions and not dread going. From his analysis of my goals and past injuries, I somehow feel that he can help in achieving my objectives in building muscles and strengthening the weaker muscle groups. My most feared exercise is the dead lift due to a previous injury and Lloyd has been consistently incorporating dead lifts to help overcome my fear of it! The training sessions are tracked with an app in which you can see the training progress and also include exercises where you can do on days where you are training on your own. The gym is also well equipped and it is a nice and comfortable place to workout. It has since become one of my happy places to train and to grow!
