Rock music is always being blasted ridiculously loud in this gym, very uncomfortable exercising experience

Small gym with limited equipment (smaller than active sg gym). There are only 2 treadmills in the gym and regularly see same people monopolising the treadmills for 45 to 60+ minutes. The gym would benefit from imposing time limits (30min) or getting one more treadmill.

I have frequented this gym for a year and it is most unfortunate that in the recent months standards have clearly fallen. used to be a very clean and tidy environment back when daren and sideek were still working. Nowadays it is ridiculously messy. Weight plates are never racked properly and machines are always left without being re-racked, the seated row machine in particular. Don't even know if you can consider the gym to have staff nowadays, have come to the gym at different timings and barely catch a glimpse of them. I have feedbacked to the only long-standing staff there brian and I have seen him racking and arranging the weights but he is not always there sincerely hope that management will take feedback into consideration more seriously, have also feedback in the past about a particular man who makes weird noises extremely loudly which is against the gym rules but until now nothing has been done

Really good and solid customer service. The gym receptionist jufri is really nice and professional in his work ethics. Overall, wonderful experience signing up and gyming here!

Cozy gym, friendly and helpful staff in the gym. Getting more crowded these days, especially evening 7pm. Basically need to wait at least a 30 min to use treadmill. Hopefully can get in more treadmill to cater more the popularity 😂
