BFT Sengkang West is not jus another franchise chain gym. It is a community, the vibes here is positive, supportive and fun. The coaches here go the extra mile and they are knowledgeable and most of all willing to teach and push u when needed. They are not jus cheerleaders. Located at a nice location where u don feel the hustle and bustle of life.. u can sit down outside the gym and ponder about life after a good long sweat session. Heh. All in all come join the community and see for yourself. 💪

I’ve been to several BFT studios, but BFT Sengkang West really stands out. The facilities are well maintained, spacious, and clean. What impressed me most is the coaches here – every trainer is genuinely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain proper form, the purpose behind each movement, and even the importance of the cool down. You can feel that they really care about helping you improve safely and sustainably. Easily one of the best environments to train in. Highly recommended.

A gym is just a gym. BFT SKW is just another level. Awesome Studio with infectious energy. Coaches are always looking out for you, encouraging you. Members here are all very friendly. Vibe here makes u want to push harder. Yes it is less accessible but it also means the surroundings are much nicer. A retreat away from the concrete jungle. Always looking forward to each class.
