Decided to come to Ziklag because i was having chronic lower back pain for more than 4 months. The pain was becoming unbearable. I was having difficulty to wear my shorts and even sneeze. And it started to affect my gym sessions to do lower body workout. I started to skip lower body workouts due to the pain. Finally came to visit Aldrin and after just one short session i could feel my lower back pain reduce significantly mainly due to my super tight quads. He had to release all the tension on my quads and i was in agonising pain. But it had to be done and i felt so much better after that. He also made sure to teach me all the stretching exercises that i had to follow up with. Definitely worth the visit and would recommend Aldrin to anyone.
View on GoogleAfter 1.5 years of failed physio rehabs, acupuncture osteopaths and chiropractors, decided to give Aldrin’s ART sessions a shot at helping to resolve my c5-c6 Cervical Disc bulge causing nerve compression, significantly affecting my left shoulder and arm. After 8 sessions spanned across 5/6 months I can safely say that I am close to 90% healed and back in the gym lifting nearly the same load as I did prior to the injury. Aldrins experience and expertise in this field, coupled with his in depth knowledge of the human anatomy went a long way towards the healing process. He was able to pin point other areas of weakness in my body such as the hips that were further exacerbating my cervical issues and holistically worked on almost every part of my body to ensure stability and healing. He also gave me a bunch of rehab and strengthening exercises to do at home daily as part of the recovery process. Highly recommend their services if you are facing any chronic or stubborn injuries that don’t seem to be able to heal or improve over time. You will probably not find better quality assessment and treatment anywhere else in the country.

View on GoogleIn the span of 6 months I Have now used Aldrin twice due to pain in the hamstring and Shin - both times the pain was instantly released . After the first visit I was able to not only increase the weight I was able to lift significantly, but the sharp hamstring pain after each workout also disappeared . I’ve also been able to run twice as far as I was doing previously effortlessly and now painless . Aldrin will give you tools to work on your issues yourself, so you don’t relapse . I’m very grateful for Aldrin’s corrections and advice giving me the ability to move freely and express myself physically again. My highest recommendations to visit Aldrin if you’re experiencing any physical issues . I was skeptical at first, but his treatments really works wonders ! Rasmus
View on GoogleVisited Ziglag on 11 Sep for my first ART session with Aldrin to address sore ankle, lower back pain, and neck stiffness from a sedentary lifestyle. He later introduced me to TCM Dr. Shek Mei Poh for acupuncture and massage, which further relieved the tension and tightness, especially around the ankles. The session was very relaxing, and I even noticed improvement in my chronic cough afterward. Results were immediate, and they also gave useful advice and tips on stretching and strengthening to prevent recurrence. Overall, a great experience and would recommend.
