As a working mother juggling a full-time job, two active children, and trying to maintain some semblance of personal health, I was hoping Zhongtian Fitness would be worth squeezing into my packed schedule. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. Let's start with the membership fee: $980 per month! As someone who manages the family budget, this is simply outrageous. That's nearly half my children's school fees for a gym membership! For working parents in Singapore, this price point is completely disconnected from reality. Time is precious when you're balancing work and family, so effective communication is essential. Imagine my frustration when I discovered all the personal trainers are from China and speak only Mandarin. While I can manage basic Mandarin, trying to understand technical fitness instructions after an exhausting workday was impossible. I needed clear guidance on exercises that wouldn't aggravate my post-pregnancy back issues, but the language barrier made this impossible. Instead of focusing on quality service, Zhongtian seems more interested in rapidly opening new locations. As a project manager, I recognize poor business priorities when I see them. They're expanding without addressing fundamental customer needs—a classic sign of an unsustainable MLM-style business model. When I texted the trainers of the feedback about these concerns (typed during my lunch break while simultaneously ordering my children's school supplies), the response I received was incomprehensible. The Chinese owner clearly struggles with English, which is problematic in Singapore's diverse community. For fellow working parents: save your hard-earned money and precious time. There are many gyms in Singapore with reasonable prices, flexible hours for busy schedules, and staff who can actually communicate with you. As mothers, we already have enough on our plates without dealing with overpriced services that don't meet our basic needs.
View on GoogleI recently had a single upper body training session with 钟教练 and it was a great experience. He was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained each exercise clearly, made sure my form was correct, and pushed me just enough without it feeling overwhelming. Even after just one session, I felt the difference and walked away with valuable tips I can use in my own workouts. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their technique or get a solid, effective workout.

View on GoogleSGD980 per month is crazy for gym usage. Local market is price sensitive. This establishment wouldn’t last long.
View on GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience at this gym. The facilities are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always motivating. A special shoutout to my coach, Emma, who has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She tailors workouts to my needs, pushes me to achieve my goals, and always makes sessions engaging. Thanks to Emma and the great environment here, I’ve made real progress and actually look forward to my workouts. Highly recommend!
