My training experience with Honey has been amazing. She is extremely attentive, always making sure that my form is right, and every session is tailored to help me progress safely and effectively. She also gave me practical nutrition advice that fit my lifestyle. I’ve seen visible improvement thanks to her encouragement and guidance. Alongside Honey is the team of trainers at UFIT, who made me feel supported and helped me to stay motivated. Workouts are always challenging but fun. Highly recommended if you wish to hit your fitness goals!

I started training with Cara three months ago. My goals were to feel strong in my body again after having my second child and to rebuild my confidence in going back to the gym after a long hiatus. She customised every session to my fitness level. We focused a lot on proper form and she pushed me enough without making me feel discouraged. I look forward to my gym sessions and I walk away feeling my hour is well spent. I feel stronger, leaner and more confident in my own body now. I’ve gained muscle mass, lost body fat and have consistently achieved my fitness goals. I highly recommend Cara to anyone who wants to feel empowered in the gym! Thank you Cara!

I have had amazing results after seeing Kimberly, who is a Physio here at this UFIT Center. I was originally reserved about the efficacies of Physio in general - but she was extremely impressive with her knowledge, skills, and relevant advice for not only my injury but also my lifestyle. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional but also friendly Physio for your problems.

Was looking for a gym and trainer to help with post op recovery and Aly at Ufit was amazing! She's so kind, motivating, and her workouts were tailored so well for recovery and progression back to regular life. Thanks so much to Jeffrey as well for the introduction and check ins. You really do feel looked after at Ufit, and am definitely motivated to do this myself again. (Huge plus! We also have access to a bubble pool, steam room and sauna) Thanks so much again!

It has been a wonderful experience in Ufit with Honey. She helped me to achieve my goal and adjust my training plan accordingly based on my situation. Without her, I couldn’t make it to Mount Kinabalu. After three months of strength training, I feel much stronger than before and am being more confident about my own body. Indeed recommended! 😊😊
