I came to TSquared Lab ant Raffles after an accident that prevented me from training for a year, and the experience has been outstanding. Joshua is highly knowledgeable and helped me safely regain muscle engagement with confidence and professionalism. As someone who already has experience in weight training, I really value how technically savvy he is. Beyond training, Joshua has also provided thoughtful nutrient and macro recommendations, which has been incredibly helpful in supporting my recovery and overall performance. She understood my past injuries and took care to specially tailor a strength training program for me to build muscle while always ensuring that I don’t over strain to the point of injury. Raihan is such a creative coach, she works around my limitations but just is always able to push me within safe confines so I can achieve results. Not only have I lost body weight and fat, I have gained more strength and no longer suffers from pain. I go around my daily routine with much ease and is able to enjoy what I love like dancing and light jog. Best investment ever and what a blessing to have Raihan. View on GoogleI trained with Dwayne at TSquared from around April 2024 to August 2025 and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I came from a mostly running and cardio background and Dwayne really helped me to build up confidence in lifting and strength-based exercises. I saw gradual incremental improvements each week until I started lifting weights I never would have expected having always thought of myself as a "skinny" guy. The muscle and definition I gained under Dwayne's guidance helped me build confidence which actually extended into other areas of my life. Dwayne is driven to achieve results for his clients but in a friendly and approachable way. He was always available on whatsapp with advice and nutrition tips and, apart from anything else, is a really nice guy.
