The atmosphere was welcoming, the session was both challenging and enjoyable. Big shoutout to Coach Dre and Coach Dawson — their passion and attention to detail really stood out. Both coaches guidance is super encouraging and motivating, especially for beginners.

I enjoy the environment and the overall vibes. For someone who is new in muay thai, Coach Dre provides guidance and is quick to point out movements for improvement! Very patient despite me being inflexible and slow at picking up. Side note: look at how cute this keychain is!

Edit: extremely poor experience with the team behind this gym. Zero communication when a trainer left a gym. I waited around for weeks assuming the trainer would come back. The responses from the gym were dismissive upon checking with them. Be wary if you joined cos of a particular trainer and signed up for longer memberships. You could be saying bye to the trainer before you know it. They also change the trainers at the last moment often. Perfectly fine if you are not particular about which trainer trains you, sucks if you went down for a particular one. Excellent Muay Thai trainers, I was left impressed after 2 sessions. Few local trainers can teach better than them. Heck, they can match up to the skills of some Thai trainers.

Great gym and coaches to get you involved in the combat arts of striking for both boxing & muay thai! This is probably one of the cleanest fight gyms around, with a spacious training area and commercial gym toilet (they're nested in EnergyOne Gym SAFRA, so it really can't get any cleaner than that) Managed to get my wife to join me after my great experience with them for over a year. So definitely a friendly place to start your journey here

Dre is really patient and good with breaking down complex skills into simpler steps. The place is nestled in Safra gym so it's more well kept that some other muaythai gyms out there. Really enjoyed my time there.
