I had an awesome conditioning workout with the trainer Hafiz. He was really friendly and encouraging throughout the session. The program was well structured and targeted all parts of my body holistically. Gym was spacious and well equipped. I feel so empowered coming out of it!!!

Ard 10 mins walk from Canberra MRT. It was a great workout. 1st time and regret that I didnt join earlier. Was rewarded energy drink after finishing our first workout. Coach was very helpful and engaging. Recommended

First time going for a strength class. Glad to have chosen SwoleFit as they are super in tune with understanding how to teach technique as well as drills! Instructor and owner are super knowledgeable and funny too. Highly recommend especially first timers to come here!
