View on GoogleHere’s my long overdue review from my 8 months training with the strong Pilates outlet at Orchard. Results: I’ve lost a total of 5kg from day one. In a short span of 8 months, from 80kg to now 75kg and having fun along the way, which is most important to me! My body fat composition dropped from 21% to 16% and I’m glad it was achieved in a gradual and healthy way too. Premise: The studio is very well managed. The changing rooms and restrooms are properly maintained and the receiving front desk team are swift and friendly with providing assistance. Trainers: The trainers do a very good job with providing very specific and targeted instructions that guided me well throughout the movements and training blocks. They often deep dive into why certain movements are carried out and how it can help develop specific muscle groups and also gave very practical tips on how to avoid injury and carry out the movements safely and with purpose. Trainers give off a friendly and encouraging vibe that made the session extremely enjoyable and I’m looking forward to my sessions each week. I attribute this to the training from strong and the careful selection of their trainers. I’ve come across several trainers that are exceptional, shout out to Ryan, Elise, Xin Ping, Nicole, Kamesh, Crysta H, Isabel, Tiffany, Emilia, giving me assurances on the quality of the trainers here at Strong Orchard. The team managing and running Strong Pilates at Orchard did a fantastic job! Keep it up!
