It's a nice gym with great, clean and non threatening atmosphere. The people there respects boundaries and there's always an eye out for weirdos. It's safe and convenient for the regular usage. The PT is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. No pressure and they modify your gym training to your preferences and requirements. I recommend my PT, Kenny. He made a first time gym goer comfortable enough to want to continue going to the gym.
View on GoogleClean, amazing and friendly staff, and most importantly no predatory membership clauses. Really a masterclass in how gyms should be like these days. Really hope Snap continues to thrive and retain its positive spirit!
View on GoogleBeen a member here for close to a year already and the experience has been great so far. Shoutout to the crew for always greeting me with a smile - it’s always the little things like this that go a long way. Sad to hear that JH (funny specs dude) is leaving, great attitude always with a smile on his face. Wishing him and his family the best!
View on GooglePros: Wonderful gym with good equipment. Mostly friendly and accommodating staff especially the 2 female staff at the counter. Welcoming trainers and fun small-group classes. Friendly gym goers as well. Cons: Had a rather unpleasant experience today with the male gym club manager. We brought two friends to try the gym out as they were considering a gym to go to once they've moved to the East. We had previously been told that it was okay to bring a unique guest to try the gym once, so I was operating under that understanding. The gym manager took me aside and told me that "their gym culture did not allow 'free trials' and that since my friends were already here, he'll let it slide and let them try the gym." As much as I understood my mistake for not knowing 'the gym culture' and would not be making the same mistake next time, I did not appreciate his tone of voice when he told me about it. The manager's tone of voice and choice of words came across as confrontational. It was unwelcoming and made me feel like I had done something wrong, rather than just made a simple mistake about gym policy. As a member who is an advocate for the gym, I was trying to encourage my friends to join. I was disappointed that the manager did not engage with them as potential new clients. The overall experience left a bad impression on them, and I'm concerned it may have cost the gym two new members.
View on GoogleLove the atmosphere, love the gym staff, especially Sophia and Jin hon, they are super kind and engaging, willing to help me with whatever I need, and they are super super cool in general. She teaches me how to do calisthenics for free 😝 Sophia also helps create a community by bonding the members through fun videos on their social media.
