The trainers are good and I enjoy the exercises. But the price increase in the fee from $300+ to $600+ is very hefty especially for senior citizens who are not working and have no income. I hope NTUC will reduce the fee so that more senior citizens can continue with these exercises.

Gym is small, and equipment selection is narrow; no squat rack, no deadlift machine, therefore not suitable for training those important compound muscle groups. Elderly patrons also have a very different gym culture whereby you have to queue and wait for each of them to use the machine for 20~30min...

Too small and almost claustrophobic!!! While next door is only utilized during office hours!
