Tucked away in the charming colonial building of Gilman Barracks, Salt Fitness is truly a hidden gem. The spacious studio offers more than just fitness, the comfortable space and layout provided a sense of tranquility for both Spin and Strength Training. Atmosphere feels geuine and motivating, and needless to say the parking options are plenty, making our visit smooth and hassle free! Highly recommended for people who are starting out, and definitely communities who wishes to connect through the love for sports!

Went for the soft launch weekend spin classes - love the bike room that’s super nicely done up! Had a lot of fun at Ian, Jeanne and Yini’s classes. Great songs and good vibes. The spacious common area to chill out with friends is great. Recommended for anyone looking for a good spin workout. Gonna head back to try the strength classes as well

Great fun attending the spin classes here! Instructors are encouraging and I enjoyed the music. Really liked the lounge area for friends to hang out too, the coffee stand also serves nice coffee at reasonable prices. Looking forward to attend the strength classes!

The most comfortable spin / fitness studio ever! Attend the spin session by Yini, wow really pushed me further till my legs were jelly.. thankful they had this spacious and beautiful lounge area with a camping vibes for us to relax and chill after the workout! 10/10 experience would come back again!

The most spacious spin room in SG. Very nice lounge to chill They also have a very interesting spin bike that allows you to charge your phone or power bank while riding! Offering not just spin classes, but also fitness class, gym room and a very nice lounge to even do some work Highly recommended!!
