Very bad experience at the reception. I arrived at the studio and was denied entry. Even though I arrived on the dot and the studio clock changed when I was trying to register. They should be more considerate to clients using other platforms. As there will be extra charges incurred when put as not attended. Flexibility is not there to be more considerate to their clients.
View on Google@revolution.sg anyone who wants to consider their company , please rethink.Been with them for 2 years, and getting a one month extension on my package has been a uphill task due to a sprain( receipts from the TCM has been provided) . It’s a sprain , not even just an ‘headache /fever mc) even submitting receipts to my insurance company for reimbursements is way easier then this company’s so called policy on extension. I’ve never been late or missing my prebooked classes for the past 2 years as a member. But I guess, this serves as a nudge that being a loyal client doesnt pay off.worst thing, spelling their clients name incorrectly in a reply email. 🙄
View on GoogleI arrived at the studio at 10:58 and was standing at the front, organizing my earphones. I went to the counter at 11:00:10, but the staff member told me that I could not enter the class. I was surprised and told her, “But it’s only 11:00. This is my first time here, so I may have come a little late.” She simply said that it was the policy and that even being 10 seconds late means I cannot join. Additionally, the staff member was not friendly at all, and her attitude and expression were extremely unpleasant. The experience was upsetting enough that I do not want to return to this location again. Because I was already at the studio before the class time and was denied entry for an unreasonable reason
View on GoogleMy experience with Rev has been great thus far. Friendly instructors, ease of booking and fast allocation of credits for package sharing. Many poor reviews here regarding no-entry due to lateness..( isn't it basic courtesy to be on time for everything??) Only grudge for me is the checking of ID every session. People already paid for class, so why is there a need to check ID? No other studios does this.
View on GooglePersonal opinion, amazing instructors and very enjoyable class! Bought the 3x trial but only got to use it twice because apparently we got leg pain afterwards 😂 the changing rooms were pretty small though considering the amount of people joining the class. And also what I would like to comment is the hygiene of the shoes.. it was wet (didn’t even want to smell it) and dirty. I was in the few last classes though.. have been to other spinning places but their shoes were kept clean and not wet 😅 hopefully they can improve in that. 👍
