ONE PILATES

Tried the trial private class, got free socks and an ai analysis of posture and body composition. The instructor is also very nice and clear, leaning more towards classical pilates that focuses on specific problems i had 👍

One of the better equipped studios. Spacious with a nice changing area and pantry, there’s even healthy tea prepared! Lesson wise was okay, would prefer if the instructor name was mentioned rather than random! Helps if we like certain instructors better and want to find their classes.

Studio is very clean and nicely lit! Attended my first sculpt pro class and it was very enjoyable. Instructor Yi Ling was very attentive, always making sure everyone’s feeling alright and engaging the right core! 👍

came for a group session yesterday. class was a good push and the receptionist was super friendly, she showed me around the amenities since it was my first time at the studio. good service i will definitely be back!

Went for 5 private classes under Sakurai. She's very detailed in adjusting my posture, not just during exercises but also while standing or sitting. May need some time to understand her English as she mixes some Japanese. But overall able to understand her instructions and she's very committed in he...
