Had a great time visiting for a trial. I did some good work with trainer Azmi (apologies for spelling), great workout that had a mixture of cardio and drills to improve technique. Would 100% recommend for beginners like me looking to try something new, it’s a great Muay Thai gym to try.

Awesome Morning class with Rocky, knows how to push you within your limits and make the class enjoyable. Great coaching and little adjustments made the whole time, super knowledgeable help. Definitely recommend anyone nearby to come in and try

The gym had good space, our coach Rocky was attentive during the trial and made sure we were all enjoying the experience, the facilities looked pretty neat with a sauna and cold plunge on site, clean showers available with towels offered. Couldn’t fault my first Muay Thai experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience. These guys know their stuff. This is unique and nothing like a typical corporate gym where you’re just a number. I’m 67 and was made to feel special with the encouragement and motivation shown. It wasn’t just hard work it was fun. These guys are champions and the most humble guys you could meet. This gym will also appeal to experienced fighters as you’d be training with proper fighters not just someone who’s been on a short coaching course .

Great gym with an awesome vibe — everyone here is genuinely nice and welcoming. Rocky and Ben are not only top fighters but also amazing coaches, and it’s such a valuable experience to learn directly from them. Even as a beginner, I always feel comfortable and motivated. Highly recommend!
