Have been going to the gym for a while now and couldn't recommend it more! The gym is extremely well maintained; has everything you'd need. As someone who has various historic injuries, Shake adjusted my routines to minimise any issues in these areas. Really friendly atmosphere and the 24hr access accommodates varying work hours. Highly recommend!!!

Immaculate clean and with all the stuff you need to keep a good regular training routine. Easy access 24 hours, nice facilities, free water 💧 and it's safe to leave my bike outside never is too packed. Overall a good place be focused on your workout and keep fit with no No Excuses!!

Have been going to no excuses for a while now - and I can vouch that switching to this gym is definitely one of the best decision I made~ Gym is always open with conditioned environment, fully cleaned and very well maintained equipments!!! There are different options to hit compression and extension both via machines or free weight. Folks are super supportive, provide both encouraging and positive vibes to get better!!! They have amazing merch and supplements provision as well - better be sore than sorry!!! No excuses there. 🥳🥳💪🏻💪🏻

Very nice cosy gym :) love the location also - hip and cafes nearby! Not crowded and clean toilet ! I got myself a reliable personal trainer- Iswan :)

The gym is super aesthetic and the washrooms are so clean! Not many gyms take good care of the washrooms so this is a plus. The equipments are also very well maintained and the trainers here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It makes exercising fun
