Very good with multiple variations of free classes. Instructors are willing to help if needed. A lot of good equipment. Shower very good with water heater, soap and even hair dryer.

Great gym with clean facilities. Staff and members are friendly and helpful. Plenty of classes to choose from and attend. Malcom is the best!!
