I wish to commend both staff by the name of Raymond and Parthiban for their assistance. I misplace/lost my phone yesterday morning when gyming. Informed duty staff at the counter, Raymond who assisted to help me to check my last used machine. Two hour later when i lodge a report and arrive back at the clubhouse, Raymond informed me that his colleague Parthiban managed to locate my phone within an hour after the reported lost phone and bring me back to the gym to returned it to me.

I would like to commend a staff name Zulhilmi for his outstanding service as a staff member at Fitness Works. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming attitude towards all members and visitors through observation. His knowledge of the gym’s equipment is commendable, and he readily provides arguably accurate guidance when approached for assistance. Very insightful and knowledgeable with a Down to earth attitude indeed! His commitment and attitude truly reflect the high standards of Fitness Works, and I consider him a valuable asset to the company. Thank you Zulhilmi for creating a positive environment to the place. I’d like to share my experience with one of your staff, Zul. Every time I visited, he greeted me with a smile and was always so polite and nice. It really made me feel welcome, and I truly appreciate his friendliness.

Awesome gym. Love the high ceiling. I do my ns fit sessions here. The service staffs are friendly. The gym equipment is good condition. I feel fitter after every session.

Awesome and huge gym with lots of equipment and space to work out. I believe you can find almost every single type of machine here for your workouts. Alvin gave us the tour when we first came to the gym and we instantly signed up for an annual membership after that. Alvin is super helpful and friendly and I would like to thank him for his advice on the proper forms for some of the workouts we do. Kudos to the whole team there and definitely one of the best gyms around!
