I have enjoyed the workout very much , the instructors were very friendly and they will guide correct your posture . The place was very cleaned and free towels and shampoo/shower gel all provided Overall experience thumbs up From Cyrus :)

A fantastic place to train with excellent trainers and top-notch facilities! The trainers are patient and take the time to teach exercises you may be unfamiliar with, while also ensuring your form is correct. The studio is spacious and well-equipped, making for a great workout experience!

Trainers are really nice, studio is clean and spacious, and the workouts definitely strengthen you. The only issue is the lack of proper shower facilities, there’s no showers provided inside the studio and you’ll have to use the shower cubicle in the public toilet which honestly felt a bit gross. My go-to place for a solid workout in Singapore. Clean facilities, great community. Would highly recommend!
