Fitness First - Capital Tower

Been back after a long time to Fitness First. I am on a platinum passport so tried out the Capital Tower. It is nothing but amazing. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It even has a cold and hot water plunge for easy recovery and quite a big swimming pool. Thank you to the team at Fitness First for being super chilled, friendly and always outgoing to new comers. Keep it up guys :)

Big shout-out to Faiz for his outstanding help today. After I accidentally dropped my membership card into the locker cabinet, he went above and beyond to assist—carefully unscrewing the cabinet, retrieving the card, washing it with soap, and drying it thoroughly before handing it back to me. His service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. A young, capable, and professional chap—Faiz is definitely the guy to go to. I just had my first visit to the Fitness First branch at Capital Tower, and I am blown away. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-tier. A massive shoutout to Faiz, who gave me a tour of the facilities. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and patient, answering all of my questions in detail without any pressure. His positive and professional attitude truly made me feel welcome and set a fantastic tone for my visit. The gym itself is absolutely stellar. It's packed with a huge variety of modern gym equipment, so I never had to wait. The standout features for me were the fantastic wellness areas: the sauna, steam bath, and the invigorating ice bath were all pristine and a perfect way to unwind after a workout. The amenities are all of great quality. The lockers are secure and spacious, the shower area is clean and well-maintained, and the hangout area is a great spot to relax. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied. This gym clearly invests in both its facilities and its people. If you're looking for a premium gym experience in the area, look no further. Highly recommended
